Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years General Manager experience in the restaurant industry with financial responsibility

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate restaurant team to achieve operational and customer service excellence
  • manage financial results including budgeting and cost control
  • ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • recruit, train, and develop crew members
  • maintain inventory and order supplies
  • handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently
  • oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
