Job Requirements
- GED or diploma required
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 5 years management experience with 2 in a similar industry
- 6 years' experience in industry or related field
- Experience with last-mile delivery or small parcel services highly desired
- Experience with an independent contractor model
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a team
- Strong organization and time-management skills utilizing MS Office Suite

Job Duties
- Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services
- Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives
- Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly
- Systematically report these results to the Regional Operations and General Managers
- Responsible for maintaining engineered staffing levels for all positions, including coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positions
- Ensure adherence to all aspects of the contract and work with vendors and independent contractors for accountability to the operating agreement
