Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of retail management experience

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant experience
  • Proven success in financial management including sales growth and payroll budget management
  • Experience in retail operations, inventory management, and service culture
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in attracting, developing, and motivating talent
  • Proficiency with technology including Point of Sale systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational skills for multitasking
  • Ability to adapt and use good judgment in ambiguous situations

Job Duties

  • Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales goals, payroll, and retail shrink targets
  • Drive store profitability through operational excellence and expense control
  • Leverage store forecast and budgets for effective scheduling to maximize productivity
  • Address financial and operational issues identified through audits and store visits
  • Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests
  • Maintain prompt, regular attendance and enforce attendance policies
  • Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team
  • Address policy violations with appropriate corrective actions
  • Build an engaged and collaborative team environment
  • Create an inclusive workplace to encourage growth and engagement
  • Lead manager and associate development including training, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Participate in ongoing training and ensure team training compliance
  • Model open communication and share enterprise strategy
  • Promote teamwork and provide clear priorities and direction
  • Execute Guest Engagement Leader program to enhance guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Enforce dress code adherence
  • Use scheduling and task management tools to optimize store operations
  • Protect company assets, ensuring safety, inventory control, and loss prevention
  • Perform daily inventory control and theft reporting
  • Support continuous improvement through adoption of company initiatives
  • Communicate business trends and challenges to field leadership
