Job Duties
- Manages, trains, monitors and coaches crew/team members, carhops and skating carhops
- directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to ensure food service meets operational standards
- adheres to and monitors employee compliance with the drive-in employee handbook, policies and practices
- performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
- prepares employee work schedules and adjusts staffing levels
- monitors and maintains restaurant inventory levels
- places orders for food, paper and supplies within cost control procedures
- completes and maintains employment and payroll records
- reinforces a customer service mentality and resolves guest requests
- reports guest complaints and assists in resolution
- interviews and hires crew and management team members
- prepares operational reports
- develops action plans to resolve financial and sales trends
- develops and implements marketing plans
