Job Duties
- oversee all restaurant operations including financial management and sales forecasting
- manage hiring, training, and development of restaurant team members
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness
- implement creative marketing initiatives including community fundraisers
- deliver exceptional guest experiences through staff leadership
- assist in daily restaurant tasks as needed
- promote a positive and enthusiastic work environment
