Job Duties

  • oversee all restaurant operations including financial management and sales forecasting

  • ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness
  • implement creative marketing initiatives including community fundraisers
  • deliver exceptional guest experiences through staff leadership
  • assist in daily restaurant tasks as needed
  • promote a positive and enthusiastic work environment
