Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of management experience in a restaurant environment
  • knowledge of labor laws and health regulations
  • ability to manage and direct work of others
  • strong analytical and financial management skills
  • passion for team training and development
  • excellent communication and leadership abilities

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • previous restaurant general manager experience
  • knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • ability to analyze profit and loss statements
  • experience in marketing and community engagement

Job Duties

  • lead the sports bar management team including operations general manager, to-go and people manager, service and profit manager, and kitchen manager
  • oversee local restaurant marketing and community connection activities
  • manage performance, engagement, and training initiatives for team development
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and safety and security procedures
  • analyze profit and loss statements and drive financial performance
  • champion operational changes to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • coordinate fundraising and community involvement events
