Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations management
  • valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain it
  • forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain
  • valid open shift availability
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage and motivate large teams
  • honest and straightforward with a solid work ethic
  • knowledge of shrink controls and merchandising
  • basic computer proficiency including MS Word and MS Excel
  • able to perform physical activities including lifting up to 30 pounds
  • at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager
  • demonstrated leadership capabilities including managing cross-functional teams and driving results
  • solid understanding of shrink controls, staff development, merchandising, customer service, and conflict resolution
  • excellent communication skills
  • knowledge of store operations including membership, front-line, gas station, tire bay, maintenance, receiving, and omni procedures
  • completion of company training program preferred
  • high school diploma or college degree preferred
  • basic computer knowledge including MS Word, MS Excel, and email
  • ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
  • forklift operator certification
  • open shift availability
  • at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic department leadership partnering with the Club Manager to oversee daily operations across assigned departments
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard team members managing the full hiring process for assigned departments
  • Oversee labor planning and scheduling aligning with business trends and budget targets
  • Drive sales, inventory control, and shrink management to ensure in-stock conditions and minimize losses
  • Champion member experience standards including greeting, anticipating, and appreciating members
  • Execute operational readiness standards ensuring departments are clean, stocked, safe, and ready for business
  • Lead department talent management conducting performance reviews, mentoring, and supporting development programs
