Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or retail sectors considered
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Age 18 or older

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability
  • Maintain McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Collaborate with department managers to set and achieve goals
  • Provide coaching and development for department and shift managers
  • Ensure effective staffing and scheduling
  • Manage hiring and staff development to build a strong team
  • Monitor and improve departmental performance
