Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in quick service management restaurant (QSR) industry
  • High school diploma
  • Availability to work during open hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Understanding of P&L interpretation to influence profitability
  • Familiarity with positive conflict resolution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment

  • Preferred BSc/BA or MSc/MA in Business or relevant field

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant management team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives
  • Hire, train, and retain quality staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Manage the restaurant as your own business with a focus on profitability
  • Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Interpret profit and loss reports to influence financial decisions
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service
