Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in quick service management restaurant (QSR) industry
- High school diploma
- Availability to work during open hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Understanding of P&L interpretation to influence profitability
- Familiarity with positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
