Job Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business hospitality or a related field
  • previous hotel management experience required
  • Marriott experience preferred
  • ability to lead and mentor a diverse team
  • excellent guest service orientation
  • strong financial management skills
  • capacity for strategic planning and operational oversight
  • willingness to engage in occasional travel
  • physical ability to stand walk lift up to 25 pounds and perform other necessary physical tasks

Job Duties
