Job Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of restaurant and/or catering management experience
  • 5 years of food service management experience preferred
  • ServSafe certification
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and management skills
  • Strong communication skills with staff and clients
  • Experience with budgets, food and supply orders, and inventory audits
  • Ability to work a non-standard schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 7 to 10 years of restaurant and/or catering management experience
  • 5 years of food service management experience preferred
  • Experience in client-facing roles with success in building client relationships
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Experience running streamlined food service operations
  • ServSafe certification
  • Excellent organizational and management skills
  • Strong communication skills with staff and clients
  • Problem-solving mentality
  • Experience with budgets, food and supply orders, and inventory audits
  • Exhibits patience and compassion
  • Working knowledge of baseball
  • Working knowledge of culinary nutrition
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage the daily production and operations of culinary services
  • Manage all communications with local clients and coordinate kitchen needs
  • Interface with Director and VP of Operations to uphold standards and budget compliance
  • Oversee operations and staffing for all remote and on-site dining operations with Chef de Cuisine
  • Write weekly schedules for staff including cooks, cafe attendants, and dishwashers
  • Handle staffing responsibilities including hiring, discipline, termination, onboarding, and training
  • Develop and maintain employee review processes
  • Foster a respectful and compassionate workplace culture
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Adapt systems to meet performance food service demands
  • Maintain confidentiality and a solutions-oriented attitude
  • Guide kitchen operations including cleaning schedules and maintenance
  • Supervise dining room operations at Jupiter location
  • Ensure allergen labeling and client satisfaction
  • Be main point of contact for dining client needs
