Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year General Manager experience in a Quick Service or Fast Casual restaurant
- Proven leadership ability
- Strong communication skills
- Experience managing budgets and cost controls
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Self-directed and motivated attitude
Job Qualifications

- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to analyze operational data and create actionable improvement plans
- Track record managing budgets and controlling costs effectively

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to optimize performance and profitability
- Lead, coach, and develop staff to enhance team performance and customer service
- Manage budgets and implement cost controls to maximize profits
- Identify opportunity areas within the restaurant and develop actionable plans for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and quality controls
- Foster a positive work environment and uphold the company culture
- Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
