Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must have prior management experience preferably in fitness or comparable industry
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent communication skills

- must demonstrate professionalism, honesty, integrity, and strong work ethic
- willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
