Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • completion of a background check
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to perform continuous speech, hearing, vision, and manual dexterity tasks
  • capability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • ability to perform repetitive movements for extended periods
  • willingness to work variable hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • availability to work a minimum of 50 hours weekly
  • ability to work in standard restaurant environmental conditions including exposure to extreme temperatures

Job Duties

  • oversee all restaurant operations including staffing, financial management, and customer service
  • develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth

  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
  • analyze financial reports to evaluate business performance and implement improvements
