Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to uphold company values of commitment fairness honesty loyalty and respect
  • Must be able to comply with ADA accommodations if necessary
  • Physical ability to perform restaurant duties as required

Job Duties

  • Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant including execution of company policies procedures programs and systems
  • Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives are reached in all areas while following company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with all federal state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Provide leadership direction training and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • Create and maintain a People Excellence environment
  • Inspire team members to exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain high operational and quality standards
