Job Description
The position is with a restaurant operated by an independent McDonald’s franchisee, distinct from McDonald’s USA. This franchisee holds the license to utilize McDonald’s logos and food products in running the restaurant but operates entirely independently in terms of employment and operational decisions. This means the franchisee is the sole employer, responsible for hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, staffing, scheduling, and other employment matters. McDonald’s USA does not influence these employment decisions, nor does it receive job applications or participate in the hiring process.

Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- previous general manager experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- knowledge of restaurant operations
- flexible schedule availability
- ability to hire and develop staff
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience at high volume locations
- strong leadership and team management skills
- experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
- excellent communication and coaching abilities
- ability to set and achieve operational goals

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals with leadership
- create and implement plans to achieve goals
