Job Requirements

  • 2+ years as a general manager or strong assistant manager in a full service or fast paced restaurant
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Strong leadership coaching and team building skills
  • Excellent communication and guest service abilities
  • Solid understanding of budgeting cost controls and P&L management
  • Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Self motivated dependable and detail oriented
  • Able to stand walk bend and move at a rapid pace for extended periods
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot cold environments
  • Must be able to work 50 55 hours per week including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a general manager or strong assistant manager in a fast-paced or full-service restaurant
  • Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and guest service abilities
  • Knowledge of budgeting and cost control methods

Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations including front and back of house
  • Manage labor scheduling and inventory control
  • Oversee financial performance including budgeting and P&L management
  • Train and develop managers and hourly staff
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
  • Resolve guest issues effectively
  • Maintain brand standards and regulatory compliance
