Job Requirements
- 2+ years as a general manager or strong assistant manager in a full service or fast paced restaurant
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Strong leadership coaching and team building skills
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Solid understanding of budgeting cost controls and P&L management
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Self motivated dependable and detail oriented
- Able to stand walk bend and move at a rapid pace for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot cold environments
- Must be able to work 50 55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years experience as a general manager or strong assistant manager in a fast-paced or full-service restaurant
- Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control methods
Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations including front and back of house
- Manage labor scheduling and inventory control
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting and P&L management
- Train and develop managers and hourly staff
- Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
- Resolve guest issues effectively
- Maintain brand standards and regulatory compliance
