Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- At least two years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
- proven ability to manage financial results
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- experience in team building and staff development
- knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service excellence
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- manage daily restaurant operations including inventory, scheduling and financial performance
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports team development
- handle financial responsibilities such as deposits and budgeting
- oversee training and development programs for new and existing employees
- implement marketing and promotional activities to drive sales
