Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
  • proven ability to manage financial results
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • experience in team building and staff development
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service excellence
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  • manage daily restaurant operations including inventory, scheduling and financial performance
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports team development
  • handle financial responsibilities such as deposits and budgeting
  • oversee training and development programs for new and existing employees
  • implement marketing and promotional activities to drive sales
