Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Current automobile insurance
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work 50-60 hours per week
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms
- Ability to talk, hear, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception
- Occasionally able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to perform basic math functions including addition, subtraction, fractions, and percentages
- Experience with inventory control and ordering
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Physical stamina to meet job demands
Job Duties
- Manages a staff of 3 assistant managers and approximately 25-30 employees
- Assigns, oversees and evaluates work for compliance
- Manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline and termination of employees
- Provides on the job training for new employees
- Delegates and is responsible for the ordering receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning and paper supplies
- Assists in the supervision, preparation, sales and service of food
- Forecasts food items consumption per shift
- Supervises food preparation and service operations
- Assists in shoppers during rush periods
- Ensures world class customer service
- Routes deliveries and supervises drivers
- Completes daily food preparations
- Executes systems and procedures with integrity
- Completes daily, weekly and period paperwork
- Controls inventory through weekly inventory system
- Conducts weekly manager meetings
- Audits system and procedures and shift ending paperwork
- Completes preventative maintenance and upkeep on store equipment and supplies
- Manages cash drawers and deposits per procedures
