Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in restaurant retail or guest service
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work full-time 47 hours per week including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn new business systems and tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Standing for extended periods
- Bending and reaching as needed
- Commitment to upholding company policies and creating a safe environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant retail or guest service management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work full-time including varied hours
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days preferred
- Experience with sales building and P&L statements preferred
- Aptitude for store systems such as Toast, CrunchTime, GoSpotCheck preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts including schedule management
- Build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting and accountability
- Execute and oversee team training programs and onboarding initiatives
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members
- Model and uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment
- Lead team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Manage supply chain and inventory to support store operations
- Analyze financial statements and manage budgets to drive profitability
- Create focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Maintain standards in food safety, sanitation, and health protocols
