Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in restaurant retail or guest service
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work full-time 47 hours per week including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to learn new business systems and tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Bending and reaching as needed
  • Commitment to upholding company policies and creating a safe environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant retail or guest service management experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work full-time including varied hours
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days preferred
  • Experience with sales building and P&L statements preferred
  • Aptitude for store systems such as Toast, CrunchTime, GoSpotCheck preferred
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts including schedule management
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting and accountability
  • Execute and oversee team training programs and onboarding initiatives
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members
  • Model and uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment
  • Lead team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Manage supply chain and inventory to support store operations
  • Analyze financial statements and manage budgets to drive profitability
  • Create focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Maintain standards in food safety, sanitation, and health protocols
