Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
  • Ability to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift
  • Flexible scheduling availability
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Adherence to cash handling safety and security procedures
  • Compliance with city, state, and federal safety requirements
  • Knowledge of and compliance with human resources policies and processes
  • Ability to follow procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment including fryers and ovens

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or a related hospitality leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and implement corrective actions
  • Knowledge of operational procedures and standards in food service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • Coaches and drives excellence around core operations procedures such as shift accountability, product projections, Repairs and Maintenance spending, Cost of Sales/Cost of Labor controls
  • Uses leadership styles like High Impact Coaching, EARS, Period Business Review and stewardship meetings regularly to identify and drive tactics to close performance gaps
  • Champions and role models How We Win Together and Achieving Breakthrough Results culture within their store
  • Holds team accountable by using the Performance Management process
  • Recognizes employees for exceptional performance using personal award and CHAMPS cards
  • Demonstrates belief in all people through strong execution of recruiting, selection, development, and retention tools
  • Partners with management team to ensure effective execution of training

  • Analyzes the financial performance of the restaurant to understand trends and competitive standing
  • Ensures restaurant plans and marketing initiatives are in place and implemented
  • Conducts Period Business Reviews regularly with management team to identify and drive tactics to close performance gaps
  • Develops intentionality around goals and conveys that to the team
  • Focuses team on solving problems rather than reacting
