Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to handle operational responsibilities including inventory and labor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to meet job demands including bending, lifting, and working near open flames

- Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop staff

- Previous experience in inventory and labor management
Job Duties
- Develop yourself and others focusing on self-improvement and supporting others
- Lead and manage all aspects of the four-wall operation including people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
- Put the customer first by coaching, training, and ensuring team accountability
- Create loyal customers by inspiring teams to deliver exceptional guest service
