Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to handle operational responsibilities including inventory and labor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to meet job demands including bending, lifting, and working near open flames

  • Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop staff
  • Customer service orientation with passion for positivity
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in inventory and labor management

Job Duties

  • Develop yourself and others focusing on self-improvement and supporting others
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the four-wall operation including people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
  • Put the customer first by coaching, training, and ensuring team accountability
  • Create loyal customers by inspiring teams to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Take ownership of every shift and maintain pride in job performance
  • Foster collaboration with team members to achieve group success
  • Adapt to change by solving problems with an open-minded approach
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned
