- Minimum of 1 year salaried General Manager experience in a regional or national Quick Service concept
- Proven track record in managing budgets and cost controls
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and motivate staff
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
