Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager positions
- proven leadership and performance record as a casual dining or full service restaurant manager
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain required certificates
- proficiency communicating verbally and in writing in English
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- 3+ years consistent achievement of highly distinguished business results as a restaurant manager preferred
- demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager positions
- proven leadership and performance record as a casual dining or full service restaurant manager
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain required certificates
- proficiency communicating verbally and in writing in English
- bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Duties
- Lead restaurant operations through a team of managers and crew
- demonstrate leadership by living Red Lobster's principles
- drive a culture of operational excellence focusing on culinary, beverage, and service excellence
- create an over-the-top crew experience
- achieve balanced results from the perspectives of guest, employee, process excellence, and financial goals
- sustain growth in sales and profits through people, personal, business, and results leadership
- ensure compliance with ServSafe and local state regulatory requirements
