Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience in a restaurant setting
  • Preferably 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
  • College or culinary education preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and team-building abilities
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic business math and accounting knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple projects

  • Availability to work varied shifts including weekends

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations in line with company policies and legal requirements
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train restaurant staff
  • Develop and maintain a positive restaurant culture with high employee engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
  • Model professional behavior and create a hospitable environment
  • Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
  • Assist team members with job duties as needed
  • Promote sales-building activities and suggestive selling techniques
  • Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Handle guest interactions, resolve food quality and service issues
  • Maintain efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety regulations
  • Enforce safety protocols for guests and employees
  • Monitor daily quality food standards and cleanliness
  • Control cash, inventory, food, and labor management
  • Oversee P&L management including food and labor costs
  • Conduct weekly inventory and enforce portion control
  • Optimize employee schedules for labor cost efficiency
  • Ensure proper maintenance and use of restaurant equipment
  • Maintain the facility and company assets
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
