Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work varied shifts and weekends

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience in a restaurant setting
- Preferably 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College or culinary education preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong conflict resolution and team-building abilities
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic business math and accounting knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in line with company policies and legal requirements
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train restaurant staff
- Develop and maintain a positive restaurant culture with high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable environment
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Promote sales-building activities and suggestive selling techniques
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Handle guest interactions, resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety regulations
- Enforce safety protocols for guests and employees
- Monitor daily quality food standards and cleanliness
- Control cash, inventory, food, and labor management
- Oversee P&L management including food and labor costs
- Conduct weekly inventory and enforce portion control
- Optimize employee schedules for labor cost efficiency
- Ensure proper maintenance and use of restaurant equipment
- Maintain the facility and company assets
- Perform additional duties as assigned
