Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 2 years management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service setting
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to provide proof of insurance
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS functionality
  • Understanding of OSHA, EEOC, and other applicable laws
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours weekly including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks involving bending and walking
  • Willingness to work in environments with temperature extremes and allergen exposure
  • Less than 10 percent travel required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a manager or supervisor in restaurant or retail customer service
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS systems
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, and relevant federal and state laws
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Personal passion for health and fitness is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage workforce including staffing, sourcing, onboarding, and scheduling
  • Guide and complete orientation for new team members
  • Organize shifts and delegate tasks effectively
  • Schedule and execute training sessions to develop team skills
  • Customize training to address knowledge gaps
  • Support career progression through mentorship and internal mobility
  • Use operational tools to maintain store standards and compliance
  • Manage cash activities and reconcile logs accurately
  • Review and adjust store KPIs and environment for sales growth
  • Develop local store marketing and community outreach plans
  • Plan and maintain inventory flow and product placement
  • Lead team with clear performance expectations and regular feedback
  • Recognize individual and team accomplishments
  • Promote company guidelines and inspire team to meet brand standards
  • Encourage cross-department collaboration to improve communication and processes
