Job Requirements
- 6+ years experience as a general manager or 2+ years managing 2 or more hotels
- Previous general manager experience with a major branded hotel
- Extensive rooms and/or food and beverage experience
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management, business, or related field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, cloud-based apps, and hotel property management systems
- Willingness to relocate to embrace new opportunities and challenges
Job Qualifications
- Six or more years of experience as a General Manager or two or more years managing multiple hotels
- Previous experience as a General Manager with a major branded hotel
- Extensive rooms and/or food and beverage management experience
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, cloud-based applications, and hotel property management systems
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to foster team collaboration
Job Duties
- Collaborate on operational plans to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- Lead associates to meet Atrium's service and satisfaction goals through positive guest experiences
- Utilize brand tools creatively to meet current and future guest expectations
- Ensure preventive maintenance of the property, including mechanical and IT systems
- Manage loss prevention and risk management policies to protect hotel assets and ensure safety
- Engage with associates to improve hotel culture and embrace Atrium's core values
