Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
At least one year experience in leadership roles or military service
Passion for helping and serving others

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Lead the experience by managing all restaurant operations including food production and guest service
Plan and manage all people processes such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high performance
Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
Ensure food safety standards are met according to McDonald's policies
Maintain high standards of guest and employee safety
Oversee operational needs including maintenance plans to exceed standards
