Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of bar/restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Knowledge of Denver hospitality regulations, liquor laws, and health code compliance
  • Experience with P&L, scheduling, and cost controls
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for hospitality, community building, and living our core values

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and manage FOH staff
  • Manage and partner with the Kitchen Manager
  • Create a culture rooted in teamwork where respect and collaboration drive success
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and disciplinary action when needed
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure staff embodies positivity and guest first service
  • Deliver value added service by going beyond expectations to create memorable moments
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally while modeling integrity
  • Implement systems to guarantee consistent, high quality food and beverage service
  • Oversee daily opening and/or closing procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all city, state, and federal laws, including health, safety, and liquor regulations
  • Maintain facilities, equipment, and cleanliness standards
  • Monitor and manage budgets, P&L statements, and labor costs
  • Develop strategies to meet sales and profitability goals
  • Track KPIs such as food and beverage costs, waste, and staff productivity
  • Work with ownership on promotions, events, and marketing strategies that strengthen connection with the community
