Job Requirements
- Must be able to bend and reach overhead often
- Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other kitchen equipment
- Comfortable working in hot and cold temperatures
- Able to work near open flames safely
- May work in tight spaces
- Maintain constant communication with multiple people
- Possess close, distance, and peripheral vision
- Able to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
- Must work in a safe and alert manner
- May work occasionally in outdoor weather
- Capable of standing long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Oversee all restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and labor management
- Provide leadership, motivation, and coaching to team members
- Ensure high standards of guest service and employee performance
- Develop and implement regular people planning and training
- Maintain accountability and take corrective actions when necessary
- Foster collaboration and teamwork to achieve group success
- Adapt to change with an open-minded and inclusive approach
- Assist with additional duties as assigned
