Job Requirements

  • Must be able to bend and reach overhead often
  • Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other kitchen equipment
  • Comfortable working in hot and cold temperatures
  • Able to work near open flames safely
  • May work in tight spaces
  • Maintain constant communication with multiple people
  • Possess close, distance, and peripheral vision

  • Must work in a safe and alert manner

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and labor management
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and coaching to team members
  • Ensure high standards of guest service and employee performance
  • Develop and implement regular people planning and training
  • Maintain accountability and take corrective actions when necessary
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork to achieve group success
  • Adapt to change with an open-minded and inclusive approach
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned
