Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Food handler certification required
  • Experience using a computer and register (POS) system
  • Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and/or holidays
  • Must maintain a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations
  • Ability to measure performance, subjectively and objectively
  • Superior leadership, organizational and time management skills
  • Possesses a confident and professional demeanor
  • Ability to lift and carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Food Handler Certification required
  • Experience using a computer and register (POS) system
  • Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and/or holidays
  • Spanish speaking a plus

Job Duties

  • Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
  • Responsible for recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling team members, in partnership with the District Manager
  • Work with both the District Manager and Human Resources to manage performance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members with professional maturity
  • Communicate in a timely and effective manner with District Manager about operational and human resources issues
  • Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure team and restaurant is meeting standards
  • Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team
  • Track inventory and ensure accurate record keeping
  • Identify and resolve issues with food preparation
  • Help team handle customer service issues with grace, courtesy and with the goal of cultivating happy, returning customers
  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures
  • Meet restaurant operating policies and standards, including providing quality food products, cash handling and store safety and security
