Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older to be a manager
- experience managing high volume restaurants
- knowledge of McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- ability to lead and develop teams
- strong organizational skills
- commitment to customer satisfaction

- capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to set goals and develop actionable plans
- excellent communication and coaching abilities
- proficiency in managing operational budgets and resources
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support a team of Department Managers
- provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- oversee staffing and scheduling to maintain efficient operations
