Job Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business hospitality or related field
  • Previous hotel management experience required
  • Ability to lead inspire and mentor a diverse team
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and expense management
  • Excellent problem-solving and guest service skills
  • Ability to maintain operational excellence and safety standards
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including standing walking lifting up to 25 pounds bending reaching stooping kneeling crouching

Job Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business hospitality or related field
  • Previous hotel management experience
  • Marriott experience preferred
