Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years of restaurant experience preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred
- knowledge of OSHA and health safety codes
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage staff and operations
- ability to handle physical demands including standing and walking for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work shifts including weekends
- adherence to state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff in line with company policies
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance and coach team members
- address complaints and resolve problems
- ensure high employee engagement and a positive culture
- model professional behavior fostering a hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives
- assist team members with duties as needed
- champion sales-building and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales metrics
- meet and greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations and cost controls
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness
- control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- manage P&L including food and labor cost
- adhere to recipes and portion control
- optimize employee scheduling
- maintain restaurant equipment and facility
- perform other assigned duties
