Job Requirements

  • Minimum six months of Popeyes managerial experience or one year of general manager experience with another concept
  • Recommended by current area manager
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to calculate and analyze data
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels
  • Ability to interpret profit and loss statements
  • Computer literate

  • Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer
  • Managing team performance and development
  • Analyzing and interpreting profit and loss statements
