Job Requirements

  • have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • have general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understand responsible alcohol service
  • be able to manage and direct the work of others
  • analyze a Profit and Loss statement
  • demonstrate passion for training and developing the team

Job Qualifications

  • experience with safety and security systems and procedures
  • computer operations skills
  • ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements

  • create legendary experiences for guests
  • oversee local restaurant marketing initiatives
  • manage Profit and Loss statement results
  • lead restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives
  • oversee community connection and fundraising activities
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
  • champion change and develop team members
