Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Experience with full bar management preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Successful completion of background check
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position
- Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
- Strong math skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of managing priorities in fast-paced environments
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience
- Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred
- High school education or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and enforce company policies
- Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
Job Duties
- Provide leadership to ensure team members are guest-focused, team-focused, and community-connected
- Manage restaurant operations including staffing, training, development, and coaching of assistant managers, department managers, and hourly team members
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as company policies
- Prepare and manage schedules to optimize business coverage
- Conduct performance feedback, recognition, and performance reviews
- Facilitate effective communication and team meetings
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety
- Respond promptly to guest comments and foster positive guest relations
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase sales
- Manage labor costs, utility conservation, and profit and loss statements
- Conduct business reviews and implement corrective actions
- Oversee restaurant maintenance and safety protocols
- Ensure adherence to food safety and responsible alcohol service standards
