Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years of general management experience in the quick service restaurant industry
  • availability to work within opening hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and federal and state employment laws
  • ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
  • excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead the restaurant management team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives

  • interpret profit and loss statements to influence business decisions
