Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma required
  • minimum two years of restaurant experience with leadership roles
  • ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • maintain current health card
  • pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • reliable transportation required
  • availability to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current health card as per state or local requirements
  • valid food safety certification (SERV Safe)
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
  • maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • understand and perform every restaurant job
  • be accountable for all restaurant performance aspects
  • engage in clear, consistent communication with leadership and staff
  • build effective teams through training and timely feedback
