- Previous experience in a managerial role within the food service industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Running a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald's customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Leading a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities
- Assisting Department Managers in setting goals and following up on progress
- Providing mentoring and direction to improve departments and the restaurant overall
- Hiring, training, and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Building and executing plans to achieve restaurant goals
- Ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures
