Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Valid driver’s license
  • At least 2 years of driving experience
  • Reliable transportation not reliant on public transit
  • Strong desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Experience in managing a restaurant, hospitality, or retail team

  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial results
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience in team building and staff motivation
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate restaurant team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including inventory, cash handling, and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff
  • Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
