Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years prior restaurant management experience
- Certification in Servsafe and Food Safety Handler Certification (or within 30 days of hiring)
- Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification required (or within 30 days of hiring)
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite programs especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong catering/to-go and events background
- Knowledge of business financials with forecasting, budgeting, and P&L reports
- Experience with bar service and knowledge of state and local liquor laws
- Understanding of labor, inventory, and waste management
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Business math and accounting skills
- Ability to maintain pace and quality under pressure
- Ability to listen and comprehend communication over noise
- Ability to manage a large team and develop management staff
- Willingness to work an average of 55+ hours per week including nights, weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to cover shifts as needed
- Adherence to company uniform and appearance policy
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manages all areas of operations including marketing and human resources while ensuring quality and service standards are maintained
- Establishes budgets for food, paper, and cleaning supplies ensuring expenses are within budget
- Works with Corporate to establish staffing plans based on sales projections and forecasting
- Frequently interacts with guests to ensure ideal service experience and resolves complaints
- Maintains accurate manpower planning and prepares schedules to meet staffing needs
- Staffs, trains, and develops salary team members through ongoing feedback and coaching
- Supervises managers, chefs, and team members correcting behaviors and recognizing performance improvements
- Ensures great food is served to every guest.
- Manages inventory efficiently and cost-effectively
- Runs the floor during service to meet standards and ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
- Maintains and manages general checklists for each area
- Enforces handbook policies and company standards
- Adheres to marketing objectives by executing marketing initiatives
- Maintains a safe and healthy environment enforcing sanitation and legal regulations
- Drives sales and guest satisfaction
- Enforces liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Oversees hiring and onboarding including reviewing applications and interviewing
- Creates a fun, safe environment by implementing contests and incentives for staff
