Job Duties
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies
- Communicate and implement company policies and procedures
- Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive
- Demonstrate an ability to take decisive action
- Proactively recruit, interview, and hire talented team members
- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Implement company marketing programs to generate new sales leads
- Ensure tracking of sales leads is maintained
- Promote staff involvement in the community and recruit local business partnerships
- Resolve customer complaints tactfully according to company policy
- Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and security standards
- Ensure timely repair of malfunctioning equipment
- Manage inventory of equipment parts
- Assist with payroll processing and approval
- Establish and control expense and purchasing budgets
- Analyze and articulate financial variances in revenue, sales, and expenses versus budget
