Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant or food service management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and near open flames
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in tight spaces
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Demonstrated ability to maintain alertness and safety during shifts

Job Duties
- Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
- Provide leadership and motivation to ensure team members are guest-focused and team-focused
- Set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere
- Manage people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
- Conduct regular people planning, coaching, training, and corrective actions as necessary
- Inspire teams to deliver exceptional customer service and create CAVA fanatics
- Collaborate with others to find success as a group
- Adapt to change and solve problems through open-minded approaches
- Assist with additional duties as assigned
