Job Duties

  • lead operations in designated geographical market
  • drive year-over-year growth in profit percentage and profit dollars
  • manage branch overtime to 2.5 percent unbilled or less
  • improve employee engagement scores annually
  • maintain minimum 95 percent client retention through regular personal visits
  • recruit at least one new manager or staff annually
  • develop at least one manager or staff for promotion each year
  • master company software systems including on-boarding, scheduling, financial, and CRM
  • ensure 100 percent compliance with GardaWorld mandatory requirements
  • lead by example in embodying GardaWorld values
  • perform other assigned duties
