Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment

- Flexibility to adjust work hours based on business needs
Job Qualifications
- Degree in hospitality, business, or hotel/restaurant management preferred
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements and make informed decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, and POS systems
- Completion of Next Step Management Development program required
- Serve Safe Food and/or Serve Safe Alcohol Certification preferred
- Bilingual abilities a plus
Job Duties
- Manages the workforce including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management
- Creates a positive workplace environment reflecting company vision, values, and culture
- Leads team to enthusiastically welcome guests ensuring quality operations and customer service
- Monitors compliance with food handling procedures and health department standards
- Drives profitable restaurant operation through budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and scheduling
- Oversees inventory management, vendor relations, and quality control of deliveries
- Maintains restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and facility management including preventive maintenance and safety measures
