Job Requirements

  • one year or more prior experience in hospitality, retail, hotel, restaurant or quick-service industry
  • availability to work 5-6 days per week
  • ability to maintain calm and professional demeanor during peak hours

Job Duties

  • available to work 5-6 days per week
  • balance work and personal life while maintaining focus on business operations, team morale, and culture
  • demonstrate capacity to learn and educate the team on new products, systems, and processes
  • enforce cleanliness, quality, and safety standards in food preparation and service areas
  • maintain calm and respectful demeanor during peak periods
  • engage guests with clear and pleasant communication
  • implement decisions and strategic objectives from senior management
  • coach and motivate team members to follow policies and procedures
  • assist with shift management including breaks, communication, discipline, and recognition
  • consistently coach and mentor team members on restaurant practices
  • provide honest feedback to team members
  • ensure team understands daily plan, goals, and vision
  • protect customer experience by maintaining packaging, food presentation, and quality
  • keep store neat, clean, and organized
