Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- have previous General Manager experience
- possess strong leadership skills
- demonstrate ability to manage high volume locations
- have knowledge of quick service restaurant operations or hospitality
- capable of hiring and developing staff
- committed to upholding McDonald’s quality standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail considered
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and coaching abilities
- ability to set and achieve operational goals
- at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- lead and manage a team of Department Managers
- provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
- follow up on team progress and make adjustments as needed
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
