Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
- Capability to handle physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must maintain effective communication with multiple team members
- Comfortable working near open flames and in varying temperatures
- Willingness to work in tight spaces and outdoor weather conditions occasionally

Job Duties
