Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
  • Capability to handle physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Must maintain effective communication with multiple team members
  • Comfortable working near open flames and in varying temperatures
  • Willingness to work in tight spaces and outdoor weather conditions occasionally

Job Duties
