Job Duties
- Provide outstanding leadership to the team
- Inspire, coach, and counsel staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food quality
- Supervise daily activities and performance of employees
- Manage inventory levels and adjust as needed
- Oversee employee scheduling to meet sales demands
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
- Implement safety and security programs
- Promote cleanliness and compliance with health standards
- Perform routine maintenance and report repairs
- Communicate effectively with management team
- Recruit and train new staff
- Conduct performance reviews and development meetings
- Control costs by managing profit and loss statements
- Uphold company values and ethical practices
