Job Requirements

  • Must have 3 years restaurant management experience

  • Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Serve Safe Food Certification a plus

  • Commitment to operational excellence

  • Experience managing staff in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding leadership to the team
  • Inspire, coach, and counsel staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food quality
  • Supervise daily activities and performance of employees
  • Manage inventory levels and adjust as needed
  • Oversee employee scheduling to meet sales demands
  • Respond promptly to guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Implement safety and security programs
  • Promote cleanliness and compliance with health standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and report repairs
  • Communicate effectively with management team
  • Recruit and train new staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and development meetings
  • Control costs by managing profit and loss statements
